Robert C. Jubelirer was the longest serving President Pro Tempore of the Pennsylvania Senate having served in that position for nearly 21 years. He was honored Tuesday, October 16 with a ceremony unveiling his portrait done by local photographer Sally Ullman. The portrait is permanently hung in the first floor corridor of the Senate wing of the State Capitol Building.

Sally often photographs prominent people including many authors and the retiring judges of lehigh county.
